Introduction
Innovations in a rapidly changing world. Teachers should be encouraged to employ instructional technologies in the educational setting. This course promotes critical thinking how to integrate culture in the context of globalization and provides ESOL teachers with various innovative learning modes.
Integrating Instructional Technology into an Assignment
·         Teaching content

-          Case study
Case study pedagogy engages students and teachers in dialogue with real situation in school setting. To gain experience working with common issues related to these students. Teachers can investigate linguistic and culture backgrounds, devise relevant educational scenarios, and solve authentic linguistic problems.
This part of assignment consisted of a number of steps:
1.      Prepare a case study by selecting the ELL participant and reviewing several ELL case studies.
2.      Collect data from the ELL
3.      Analyze multiple data sets
4.      Create a problem scenario specific to the ELL by coming up with reflective and discussion questions based on the case study experience.

-          Online discussion
To enhance their knowledge and experience by discussing and reflecting on the learning process throughout the project. In this project, online discussion provided a window to observe how the preservice teachers constructed knowledge and interacted with other.

-          Podcasting
Internet-based audio programs available for downloading that allow the listener to play the audio through a computer or on an MP3 player. Podcasting offers transformative opportunities for new information-delivery systems in educational setting.
-          Blogging
Blog is the written portion of the case study became the students’ online journal. Blogs are online mentary personal reflections, or news on a particular subject.
-          Wikis
Creating a wiki
After posting their case studies, blogging, the preservice ESOL teachers suggested teaching methods and activities to their classmates via a wiki in Blackboard.
Implications
This assignment focusing on implementing technology in the classroom proved to be dynamic, effective, and beneficial for everyone involved. The preservice ESOL teachers began to understanding of ELLs’ needs and educational issue. In term of copyright teachers need to be aware of the copyright of various sound recording and written materials.  It will enable students and teachers alike to learn and teach what they want, when they want, and where they want.
